1. We did get more snow, and then we got arctic temperatures. But we got everything done for the weekend on Saturday, so we spent today hibernating inside. Well, not hibernating so much as watching soccer and football, reading and snuggling on the sofa, making a casserole and doing laundry. But it was nice knowing we didn’t even have to open the door to that -4 degree weather. You know, until tomorrow.

2. Cheese. The casserole is white cheddar, gruyere, and Monterey jack, and they are all delicious. I do love cheese. (There is also ham and potatoes in the casserole, but it’s all about the cheese sauce).

3. Brett Goldstein, Roy Kent from Ted Lasso, is coming here in April with his comedy show, and we have tickets! I am so excited! Whistle! Whistle!
